Sharing the stage with major artists such as Showtek, Scot Project, Uberdruck, Blutonium Boy, Kamui, Trance Generators, Activator, Mark EG, M-Zone, and Organ Donors, Hakka has left an indelible mark on the dance music landscape. His DJ sets and productions resonate with the essence of hard trance and old-school hardstyle, with occasional forays into trance and techno, showcasing the depth of his musical interests.
Core influences driving Hakka’s sonic journey include hard trance legends from the early 2000s like SHOKK, Flutlicht, Kamui, Slideout, Uberdruck, Schwarzen Puppen, Russenmafia, Andrea Montorsi, Luca Antolini, DuMonde, and Alphazone. Drawing inspiration from Italy and Holland, he incorporates hardstyle vibes from pioneers such as Technoboy and Zany.
Hakka’s prolific career boasts over 15 track releases on esteemed labels like Hyper Reality, Terminal Trax, GT Digital, Error 303, and Fatal Energy. Collaborating with Noizy Boy under the alias of Audio Assault, and working with fellow South West artist Pete Kingwell, Hakka’s productions showcase his versatility and dedication to the craft. Notably, he secured victory in the Hyper Reality Remix Competition of 2019 with a collaboration track alongside Pete Kingwell.
